Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping through our website www.barakadates.com or through our stores,  we are here to assist you, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase ,as part of our Customer Service commitment, Baraka Dates stands behind our products and we want you to be fully satisfied with them, as the vast majority of our customers have been for over the years.
If for any reason you were unsatisfied , please reach out to us on our number that is concerned for complaints and inquiries :  ( +965 69002012 ) between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm or via email at  info@barakadates.com.

Unfortunately, perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.For damaged products that are not purchased directly from our online store such as Grocery stores, vendors, etc. please contact the store where the purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.

Returns

For instances where the product is defective, damaged, or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 3 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that the defective product must be present and returned to us in order to process your request.

Refunds (if applicable)

No refund will be given, and no exchange offered for the following:

  • Change of mind
  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card or the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@barakadates.com
