 Date sugar is a powder made from 100% ground Sukkari dates, with no additives — the whole date, dried and milled into a fine powder.Recommended for baking and cooking as a 1:1 replacement for regular sugar. Note: it does not fully dissolve in hot drinks, so it’s not ideal for tea or coffee.
